Animals must be accompanied by owners at all times, kept under control and tethered appropriately when on common property;

Ensure your animal does not cause unreasonable interference (including in relation to generation of noise) to owners and occupiers of any other lot or to neighbouring buildings as noise travels;

Please take immediate action to clean all areas of the lot or common property if your animal accidently soils same.
