The Hyde features common amenities on both the Ground Level and Level 8.

The 25 metre swimming pool located on level 8 has an infinity edge and is clad with reflective mosaics to bring out the shimmer of the water. A highly reflective stretched ceiling over the water adds to this effect while increasing perceived spatial volume. Poolside columns were finished in mirror to reflect the view and minimize visual obstruction. To further compliment the common facilities on level 8, a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, barbeque and cabana areas, external decking areas furnished with daybeds which allow residents and guests to enjoy the full width of the panoramic view across the treetops of Hyde Park.

The library features full height glazing opening to a landscaped courtyard with timber decking and seating. The library features; a generously sized table seating up to 12, designer furniture, integrated bookshelves and a separate pantry.
