
Under the superb guidance of Debra Francis, A Class Concierge provides around the clock service at The Hyde with fully trained, dedicated, personable, top class concierge who perform their duties in a professional, honest, reliable and courteous way.
The team, led by Head Concierge Darryl, ensure the smooth and efficient day to day running of The Hyde by:
- meeting and greeting residents and their guests;
- taking delivery of parcels;
- managing people and vehicle movement within the building;
- attending to the daily needs of residents;
- maintaining and updating service providers on their data base;
- supervising and managing social events within common areas of the building; and
- providing a most personal touch ensuring new residents are welcomed and feel at home very quickly.
This five star service has a proven history of flexibility and adaptability having been in attendance since the day The Hyde opened its doors in August, 2010. Attention to detail and dedication to service gives residents a great sense of security and comfort. A Class Concierge has over 20 years of experience and the training and procedures in place ensure excellent and committed service to The Hyde.
