Building from a solid foundation of knowledge and experience, Francis Management Building Services Pty Ltd has steadily grown to become a leading building management service provider and successfully having managed The Hyde since practical completion in August 2010. Our success quantified by the reappointment of our services for a further two years.
Our onsite Building Manager – Michael Drury with over seventeen years of building management and strata experience has been the onsite point of contact for all residents since appointment in 2014.
At the Hyde, we take pride in delivering a professional and efficient service which we believe contributes to the high quality of life that residents have come to expect. We actively seek ongoing building improvement through practical cost effective solutions without compromising on quality.
We understand that on-site supervision and administration is essential to ensure the efficient maintenance and day-to-day operation of the Common Property and shared facilities of The Hyde.
We have established a close professional working relationship with Stockland and Grocon which has resulted in the ongoing resolution of building defects without cost to the Owners Corporation.
With the increasing cost of electricity, gas and water at the forefront of our mind, we actively pursue and investigate energy saving sustainability measures which are specific to The Hyde.
Building Management is onsite from 7.30am- 4.00pm, Monday – Friday and is on call after hours in the event of an emergency.
